On location at Stingray Creek

I’ve recently been on location photographing the construction of the new 190 metre bridge spanning Stingray Creek. The $26 million project, linking North Haven and Laurieton, is a partnership between the Port Macquarie Hastings Council, The Roads and Maritime Service and NSW Public Works.

It is being constructed by specialist maritime contractor, Waterway Constructions, who undertake construction, maintenance and refurbishment of maritime structures throughout Australia. Due to be completed in late 2016 it will massively improve safety and access for motorists, pedestrians and cyclists between North Haven and Laurieton.
