Dusk photography at the newly renovated Port City

Wednesday evening saw me waiting for dusk to appear while I photographed the newly renovated Port City Bowling Club in Port Macquarie. This $4.7 million renovation is truly stunning and while still catering to existing members it will certainly help the club to attract the next generation of members.

It was designed by Sydney based Bergstrom Architects who are specialist hospitality architects & commercial interior designers and constructed by Paynter Dixon. The renovation includes a stylish new entry foyer, an undercover drop off area at the entrance, outdoor and indoor playgrounds, 110 seat Drift restaurant and bar, and alfresco gaming area. I suspect the club will be a very popular destination for visitors and locals alike for many years to come.

All images taken with a Nikon D810 and 16mm lens at 200 ISO whilst balanced on a Manfrotto 055 tripod.
